Welcome!

Cooper's mission is to teach all children to love learning, embrace challenges and strive to achieve their personal best. The Cooper Community demonstrates respect, ownership, acts of kindness and responsibility to encourage active citizenship. Each morning, Cooper students recite the Cooper Code, "Cooper kids are kind to themselves, others, and the world around them. We show respect, responsibility and good citizenship." These actions and goals are consistent with our district's mission statement.

James F. Cooper Elementary Highlights

• James F. Cooper Elementary School is a National School of Character and an ADL No Place for Hate School. Our R.O.A.R. core values guide our practice and enhance our school climate.
• At Cooper we prepare students for a digital world with access to technology and the use of Google Suite across the curriculum so students develop the skills needed to be critical consumers of info.
• We offer several special education programs, and create an inclusive school with a focus on neurodiversity and equity. Classes collaborate to provide inclusive opportunities for all.
